Kanye West is once again in the legal spotlight,

facing serious accusations from his former assistant, Lauren Pesota.

According to documents obtained by Entertainment News,

Pesota is suing West for wrongful termination,

quid pro quo harassment, hostile work environment,

unlawful retaliation, unpaid wages, and gender discrimination.

The allegations against West include some particularly disturbing claims. Pesota, who briefly worked for West during the summer of 2021, asserts that he sent her explicit text messages and videos, touched himself during phone conversations, and obsessively inquired about the size of her boyfriend’s genitals. She reportedly has video evidence to support her claims.

In response, Kanye West has denied all allegations and threatened to counter-sue for blackmail. Some sources, however, claim that Pesota’s allegations align with West’s past admissions of addiction to adult material, which he has previously blamed for contributing to his divorce from Kim Kardashian.

Pesota, an OnlyFans model who also worked in the music industry for 15 years, including collaborations on West’s Yeezy fashion line and his album “Donda,” alleges that West initially accepted her modeling but later demanded she delete her OnlyFans account to be “more Godlike,” offering her $1 million to do so. After complying, Pesota claims West began sending her inappropriate messages and videos.

The lawsuit details numerous explicit communications from West, including one text in which he allegedly wrote, “See my problem is I be wanting to f*** but then after I f*** I want the girl to tell me how hard they’ve been fed while I’m fing them then I want her to cheat on me.” Another message reportedly asked, “Is my d*** racist? I’m going to stare at pictures of white women with black as and beat the s out of my racist d***.”

Additionally, Pesota claims West would call her under the pretense of discussing work but would then proceed to touch himself during the calls. One incident allegedly occurred on an overnight flight to Paris, where West invited Pesota to his room, trapped her inside, and touched himself under the covers until he fell asleep.

In September 2022, West promoted Pesota to Chief of Staff for his various companies, promising an additional $3 million as part of her promotion. However, the following month, West allegedly fired her and offered a $3 million severance package, which Pesota claims she never received.

This lawsuit is not the first time West has been accused of inappropriate behavior. In November 2022, former Yeezy and Adidas employees alleged that West showed explicit private footage of Kim Kardashian and used adult material to intimidate employees. These accusations suggest a pattern of behavior that aligns with Pesota’s claims.

Kanye West’s legal representative told the LA Times that West plans to counter-sue Pesota over her “baseless allegations,” accusing her of coercion, blackmail, and extortion. However, given West’s history and public behavior, many find Pesota’s allegations believable.
