In a candid revelation, comedian Gary Owen shared insights about

his recent experience on the game show “Hip Hop Squares”

and how it compared financially to his time

on “The Steve Harvey Show.”

Owen, known for his comedic talent and engaging presence, highlighted a stark difference in earnings between the two shows.

“I just did ‘Hip Hop Squares,’ the show DeRay Davis used to host, and I filmed three episodes in one day,” Owen recounted.

“I made four times the money I made doing two weeks of ‘The Steve Harvey Show.’”

Owen elaborated on his role in “The Steve Harvey Show,” explaining that the show’s format featured only two regular cast members: himself and Steve Harvey.

Owen’s duties were primarily behind the scenes, as he acted as the voice announcer.

“I just pretty much said, ‘Give it up for Steve Harvey,’ and I announced the guests and then went back to my dressing room,” he noted.
